Expected Shipping Times
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delays can be expected during holidays.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation for your order.
Regular US Mail
a pair of docs publishing does not add any additional fees to shipping charges. The cost of shipping our books reflects the actual cost of postage and packing materials.
When will I get it?
All orders within the United States are generally received within 14 days.
No books can be returned unless they have arrived damaged and are returned within 7 days of receipt. Customers in need of an exchange or return must contact Bob or Sheri Adams by phone at (704) 473-0346 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within two weeks, your order will be cancelled.
Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake immediately. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account. If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Customer Service and return the additional quantity. Please notify us within 7 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity at the full retail price, even if you didn't order it.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase when we receive the return of your original product.
